Remote Support Information

Yes! We use enterprise-grade, encrypted connections that are completely secure. You maintain full control and can disconnect at any time. We never store personal information or access your files without permission.

We can provide remote support for Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, and some Android devices. iPhones have limited remote support capabilities, but we can provide voice guidance.

Sessions range from 30-90 minutes depending on the complexity of your issue. Simple problems may be resolved in 30 minutes, while comprehensive setup or training may take up to 90 minutes.

If we can't resolve your issue remotely, we'll arrange for you to bring your device to our shop. Any time spent on remote troubleshooting will be credited toward your in-shop repair.

We'll guide you through downloading a simple, secure application that allows us to connect to your device. This software is removed automatically after the session ends.
